When sales open, renewal frequency, cancellation terms and refund eligibility will be disclosed before purchase. Paddle is the intended Merchant of Record, subject to account approval. A complete reviewed commercial policy is a prerequisite for opening sales.
Contact support with questions. For a transaction processed by Paddle, buyer assistance is available at paddle.net; provide the transaction reference and account email, never full card details. Cancellation, refunds and data deletion are separate actions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
