What do plans include?
Plans include sales and revenue reporting, branch comparisons, data coverage and reconciliation, and eligible report exports within the selected allowances.
How capacity is counted
Annual billing retains the same monthly allowance; it does not multiply the historical allowance by 12. An accepted unique receipt counts once; retries and corrections do not count again. A separate refund or cancelled receipt is a separate record. Records before company creation are historical; later records are allocated to their source calendar month in the company timezone.
Available history depends on Loyverse source access; complete historical availability is not guaranteed. At capacity, additional imports pause without deleting accepted data. Additional capacity requires a separate quote and explicit approval; there are no automatic overage purchases.
